Quality means that you get a good product which suits your requirements. A product that’s tasty and looks good. A product that’s easy to process and that has a limited cooking loss. A healthy product that satisfies the stringent food safety requirements.
F&F Europe has a consistent and strict quality policy which encompasses the complete chain: from the compost that’s used by the grower, right through to the transportation of the mushrooms to the customer. We continually monitor and investigate the quality of the mushrooms in our own laboratory, and see to it that our products completely satisfy the requirements of our customers.
Certification
F&F Europe is BRC Grade A and IFS Higher Level certified.
