F&F Europe BV sells controlling interest to Okéchamp SA
The Kerkrade based company F&F Europe BV – specialized in the manufacture of deepfreeze mushrooms – is set to sell a controlling interest to the Polish Okéchamp SA on 3 November. Current shareholder Mr. J.J.M. Theeuwen (65) will remain associated with F&F Europe BV through a minority interest. >>
F&F Europe obtains the DLG award in Gold for Frio Frigo Champignons.
In August this year F&F Europe sent out some items for quality assessment by DLG. DLG (www.dlg.org) in Frankfurt/Main (Germany) is one of the most highly reputed companies in the field of assessment of food items. On a yearly basis they test approximately 20,000 products. The products are tested by field specific panels of experts on appearance, smell and taste as well as on the quality of the packaging. >>
