Since 1999, F&F Europe has been capable of achieving very low bacteriological values in mushrooms which have been blanched for a very short period of time. Up until this time, such low values had not been achievable.

F&F Europe communicates intensively with its growers, carries out strict quality controls, ensures complete traceability and optimum production hygiene.
